This shop—100% owned by licensed plumbers—has a long history of quality craftsmanship and taking care of its people. We’re adding a senior service contributor and welcome seasoned talent whether unlicensed, Journeyman, or Master.

Your core outcomes

• Restore confidence for homeowners by accurately diagnosing leaks, clogs, fixture failures, water heater issues, sump pump problems, and line concerns.
• Complete installations and replacements: faucets, toilets, disposals, water heaters (including tankless), softeners, and more.
• Clear drains and perform foundational troubleshooting on sewer/water lines in occupied homes, remodels, and service environments.
• Plan ahead—review work orders, assess site conditions, gather materials, and execute safely and efficiently.
• Educate customers with clear explanations, transparent options, pricing, and agreed next steps.
• Protect every home you enter; leave the space cleaner than you found it.
• Capture accurate notes, photos, invoices, and closeout details for every job.
• Follow codes, company standards, safety practices, and quality expectations.
• Balance independence in the field with strong teamwork and communication.

What sets you up for success

• Residential plumbing service background with sharp diagnostic skills.
• Professional communication with homeowners and internal teams.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, reliable driving record.
• Capability to lift, carry, kneel, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces safely.
• Detail-driven approach and pride in craftsmanship.

Even better if you bring

• Experience with water heaters (standard and tankless), sump pumps, water treatment, drain cleaning, and sewer/water line repair.
• Comfort with tablets, service apps, and digital invoicing/documentation.
• A consultative service mindset—present options without pressure.
• Backflow, boiler, gas piping, or related certifications.

Schedule

• Operating hours 8am to 4:30pm
• Afterhours rotation
• Unlimited Overtime

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary Range: $40-45/hr
• Pay increase for On-Call
• % Paid for service/product sales
