This is a hands‑on, hospital‑based HR Manager role for someone who wants to be close to the work—supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations—while partnering closely with our HR Shared Services team. Position Details Select Specialty Hospital – Nashville Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Nashville, TN Human Resources Manager (HRM) Full‑Time | On‑Site | M‑F Days Salary Range: $75K-$85K Responsibilities Own and coordinate day‑to‑day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high‑quality execution across the employee lifecycle Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver seamless support in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration Serve as a trusted advisor and service‑oriented resource for employees and leaders Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards Act as the local subject‑matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes Support employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistency Play an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high‑performing workplace culture Contribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level Why This Role Matters You will see the direct impact of your work on employees, leaders, and patient care You will gain broad, real‑world HR experience across multiple functional areas You will develop strong partnerships with operations leaders and enterprise HR teams You will be part of a mission‑driven organization committed to supporting caregivers and improving lives Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field required (commensurate experience may be considered with Corporate HR approval) 2 years Human Resources experience required Preferred Qualifications Previous HR experience in a healthcare facility with exposure to Joint Commission and CMS preferred Expertise in benefit administration, HR and Employee Relations functions, payroll administration, and state and federal employment laws #J-18808-Ljbffr Select Specialty Hospital
