If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!About the Role: As an Area Leasing Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our leasing efforts, using your sales skills to engage prospective residents, showcase our luxury apartment homes, and drive occupancy. Your goal is to understand customer needs, highlight the value of our community, and deliver an outstanding experience that turns prospects into residents.Compensation and Commission: Hourly: Starting at $19.48 - $24.34 per hour depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $40,518 - $50,627. Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
