About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO, driving operational improvements, scaling the business for profitable growth, and modernizing the finance function. This role requires a data-driven leader with a strong background in a complex manufacturing environment, particularly one with a focus on service. The successful candidate will have more than 15 years of experience in this setting, with a preference for those who have worked in private equity-backed companies, and must possess deep expertise in cash flow and working capital management. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. They will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and will be expected to provide insightful and proactive financial guidance to support the company's growth and operational goals. The ideal candidate for this position at the company will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in a similar role, capable of leading a finance team and effectively communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders. A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field is also a key requirement for this executive position.
