Back Of House:

All new hires in the Back of House (BOH) will begin by training on our Dish, Box, and Prep stations. The goal of basic BOH training is to provide staff with an understanding of all of our recipes and to provide a solid skillset before training in other areas of the restaurant. After basic training is completed, trainees have the opportunity to train on the line or learn basic pastry!

Dishwasher:

With top-tier standards and a work ethic driven by hospitality, the Dishwasher is one of the most key positions in any kitchen. Our dish team is responsible for the sanitization and cleaning of all wares used in the building, making them the center of the cleanliness standards we present to our guests and fellow team members. Dishwashers should be comfortable working solo or in tandem maintaining an efficient pace and procedure. Our food can only be as good as our plates are clean!

Responsibilities:

• Provide stellar customer service - the Biscuit Love experience - each guest
• Open + Close restaurant
• Support entire team, both FOH and BOH
• Be dedicated to and an active participant in your growth
• Being a solution focused member of the team, utilizing problem solving and critical thinking
• Be willing to jump in and help wherever is needed
• Keep workspace clean
• Anticipate guest needs
• Prepare recipes and execute dishes to Biscuit Love standards
