Technical Support Specialist (Washington, USA)

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Washington USA Responsibilities Provide technical support via phone email or in-person to clients experiencing issues with their computer systems or software Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for clients Install and configure new hardware and software for clients Educate clients on how to effectively use their computer systems and software Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or IT professionals as needed Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided Requirements High school diploma or equivalent bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role preferred but not required Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and operating systems Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely or in-person Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary The salary for this position is $1300 per month Accommodation Accommodation will be provided for candidates who are relocating for this position Working Hours This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday Part-Time Opportunities We also have part-time opportunities available for students or individuals looking for flexible working hours Experience Level This position does not require prior experience and is open to candidates without experience However basic knowledge of computer systems and software is preferred We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are passionate about technology and providing excellent customer service If you have the skills and qualifications for this role We look forward to hearing from you #J-18808-Ljbffr SynerData
