Principal Product Manager - AI Platform, AI Evaluations

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join a rapidly scaling Enterprise AI company that supports Enterprise, Government, and Defense customers across the USA! This company raised over $100M in funding and is looking to make a number of key appointments to spearhead a number of large 0-1 initiatives that have the potential to surpass their core offering to date. What we're looking for: 8+ years' product management experience, with a track record of owning complex technical platform or infrastructure products. Strong understanding of AI/ML evaluation, benchmarking, model quality, reliability, and performance across LLMs, fine-tuned models, agents, and modern AI applications. Experience turning cutting-edge research or emerging technologies into scalable, customer-facing products. Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, setting product strategy, writing clear specifications, and driving execution with Engineering, Design, and Research. Technically credible—you can challenge assumptions, navigate architectural trade-offs, and partner effectively with highly technical teams. Experience building enterprise B2B products, ideally for regulated or compliance-driven customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both engineering teams and business stakeholders. You'll bring strong working knowledge of: LLMs, RAG, AI agents, fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and model benchmarking. The end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from data and training through deployment, monitoring, and continuous evaluation. Designing APIs, SDKs, and product experiences for technical users. Interpreting research papers, experiments, and benchmark results to inform product strategy. What's in it for you? Rapid career progression - this company is scaling fast.
