Details Acute care Occupational Therapy department supporting patients throughout the hospital via physician orders Wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses including ICU, stroke/neurological, orthopedics, and general debility 8-hour day shift schedule, varying between 8a-4:30p 5 shifts per week with 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period Uses Cerner EMR Requirements Current GA Occupational Therapist license required, if applicable NBCOT certification required Current AHA BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of recent experience within specialty Additional Information Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) 1 summer holiday coverage also required Does not accept candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility Returning staff who previously worked in a permanent role must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler RTO must be requested prior to accepting an offer and cannot be requested afterward American Traveler Job ID P-732308.
