Sigma, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Community Relations Coordinator to support at the Medical Campus in Aurora, CO. This opportunity is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in event coordination, scheduling, relationship building, project tracking, communications, and community partnerships.

The Corporate Community Relations Coordinator will provide administrative and event support to the Corporate and Community Development team, coordinate internal and external events, maintain trackers and reports, support community and corporate partners, and assist with sponsorship and partnership activities.

Job Summary

The Corporate Community Relations Coordinator will support the Corporate and Community Development team by coordinating events, managing schedules and project details, maintaining team trackers, preparing reports and presentations, and building relationships with internal and external community partners.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while communicating with stakeholders, partners, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves both administrative coordination and hands-on event support, including attending community events and assisting with the setup and teardown of event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Community Relations Support

Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Corporate and Community Development team.

Monitor and manage the CCD team inbox.

Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars with internal and external stakeholders.

Create meeting agendas and prepare supporting materials.

Provide administrative support to the Vice President, Board, and Community Relations team.

Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and project information.

Conduct additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Event Planning & Coordination

Coordinate events from planning and preparation through completion.

Support internal and external community events, both in person and virtually.

Assist with event logistics, scheduling, communications, and coordination.

Help set up and tear down tents, booths, displays, and event spaces.

Attend and work community partner events, including occasional weekend events.

Coordinate event-related materials and ensure event elements are completed on schedule.

Prepare event recap reports and follow-up documentation.

Support internal events as needed.

Project Management & Tracking

Manage multiple projects and event-related activities simultaneously.

Ensure project deliverables are completed within established timelines and budgets.

Maintain team trackers and monitor project status.

Track activities, deadlines, partnerships, and event-related deliverables.

Gather information and prepare reports for team leadership.

Identify outstanding tasks and coordinate follow-up with appropriate stakeholders.

Community Partnerships & Sponsorships

Support the development and maintenance of relationships with community and corporate partners.

Assist with securing and maintaining partnerships for the Discounts and Opportunities program.

Coordinate communications with Sports Medicine, Community, Corporate, and School partners.

Develop and distribute monthly content to partners.

Maintain and update partner information and website content.

Demonstrate a basic understanding of sponsorships and partnerships.

Support partner engagement activities and community initiatives.

Reporting, Communications & Presentations

Draft event recap reports and other internal communications.

Gather and pull survey data to support program evaluation.

Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.

Prepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.

Conduct social media audits for community and Sports Medicine partners.

Assist with monthly content preparation and distribution.

Maintain accurate records and tracking information.

Program Support

Support various Corporate and Community Development programs.

Manage entries for the Just Ask Children's program and coordinate monthly prize distribution.

Assist with surveys, data collection, reporting, and partner communications.

Provide coordination support for community, corporate, school, and Sports Medicine initiatives.

Assist with special projects and program activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience with event planning, coordination, or event-related support.

Strong scheduling and organizational skills.

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong project tracking and reporting abilities.

Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Basic understanding of sponsorships and partnerships.

Ability and willingness to assist with setup and teardown of tents, booths, and event spaces.

Strong writing and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel experience is preferred but not required.

Experience supporting corporate community relations, nonprofit, healthcare, community engagement, or partnership programs.

Experience coordinating corporate or community events.

Experience working with sponsorships, partnerships, or community organizations.

Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and reports.

Experience working with survey data and project trackers.

Experience managing partner communications and social media audits.

Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus.

Work Schedule & Physical/Event Requirements

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

40 hours per week.

Primarily onsite at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado.

Occasional weekend work required for community events.

No on-call requirement.

No floating requirement.

Role may require physical participation in event setup and teardown, including tents, booths, displays, and other event materials.
