PART-TIME (1st shift) SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER (SSW)
Location: West Milford, NJ
Hours: Part-Time 1st shift (3 days/ week, 8 hrs./day)
Social Services Worker Qualifications:
Must have at least an Active/ Valid NJ CSW/ LSW License.
Must have PCC experience
Experience in long-term care or nursing home is required .
Must have prior experience as a Social Worker.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents.
Social Services Worker Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychosocial support to residents and their families.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Advocate for residents' rights and well-being.
