Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room (OR) in Lawton, Oklahoma. Candidates are expected to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality patient-centered care in a perioperative setting. This role requires the candidate to demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in sterile technique, and a commitment to teamwork. Candidates are required to bring their Oklahoma Registered Nurse license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
• Schedule: Evenings, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program with a current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license; 2 or more years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • Participates and implements age-specific care and interaction
  • Employee has attended departmental orientation (training) and implements age-specific training
  • Collaborates with the healthcare team (RN, LPN, NA, Physician, and ancillary disciplines) in patient/family assessment
  • Performs head-to-toe assessments and reassessments as per policy including pediatric, geriatric, and other patient populations
  • Adequately assesses and reassesses pain using appropriate pain management techniques
