Acute Rehab Nurse

Join the Inpatient Rehab Team as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a 17-bed Med-Surg level unit. Responsibilities Include Assessing patient needs, planning and executing individualized care plans. Administering medications, dressing changes, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Communicating patient conditions using documentation systems. Educating patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary team. Participating in performance improvement activities to enhance care quality. Qualifications Registered Nurse license from an accredited school. Current licensure with the relevant state nursing board. Current BLS certification; ACLS within 6 months of hire. Preferred: at least one year of clinical nursing experience.
