Responsibilities Lead proactive tax planning for individuals and small business owners Collaborate with financial advisors to integrate tax strategy into financial plans Identify opportunities related to income planning, entity structure, and owner compensation Participate in select client and prospect meetings to provide tax insight Prepare and file individual tax returns for firm clients Prepare and review business tax returns (S-corps, partnerships, select C-corps) Support expansion of tax and accounting services Required Qualifications Experience with individual and small business tax returns Strong interest in tax planning and strategy beyond compliance Ability to communicate tax concepts clearly to clients and advisors Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Enrolled Agent (EA) credential #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Management Group
