Quality Technician

Quality Technician – Medical Manufacturing Location: Clinton, PA Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3 PM Pay: $21.00/hour TOPS Staffing is hiring a Quality Technician for a growing medical manufacturing company with a highly automated production facility. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with paperwork and quality documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment. The primary focus of this position is performing quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately. Key Responsibilities Perform spot checks and inspections on products during production Sort and identify defective or non-conforming products Complete quality paperwork and production documentation accurately Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines Assist with rework or containment of suspect materials when needed Maintain organized records and reports related to inspections Work closely with production and quality teams to support daily operations Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good written communication and handwriting skills for documentation Comfortable following detailed procedures and instructions Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability Preferred Experience Previous quality, inspection, or manufacturing experience Experience working in a regulated environment such as medical manufacturing, food production, or pharmaceuticals Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, or GDP processes is a plus Why This Opportunity?
