Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility
• Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload
• Passion for supporting student growth and success

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and therapy services for high school students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records of progress and document student outcomes
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administration to create supportive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing eligibility and progress reviews
• Stay current on best practices and legal requirements in school-based speech therapy
