Requirements Run a profitable restaurant and ensure that it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with senior leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, track progress, coach, and provide direction to improve their departments. Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers so the restaurant has the right talent for the future. Have prior General Manager experience running high‑volume quick‑service restaurant locations, or strong experience in hospitality or retail. Be at least 18 years old.
