About the Role As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day by providing guests with an amazing shopping experience, building brand loyalty, and representing our company values. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage each guest with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Adapt to different zones—Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom—as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy. Assist teammates and support teamwork. Follow all AEO policies and procedures with integrity. Qualifications Enjoy interacting with people. Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Love AE and Aerie products.
