- 100% Remote (Applicants must reside in Colorado or Oklahoma )
- Role Focus: Answering incoming 988 crisis calls for the state of Colorado.
- Full-Time Commitment: 40 hours/week

- Screen & Triage: Use your keen insight to assess and guide crisis interventions, utilizing our risk assessment tool to ensure safety and effective resolutions.

- Mental health and wellness expert: You possess a solid understanding and enthusiasm for crisis intervention, behavioral health and wellness concepts and strategies, and an understanding of local resources.
- Minimum of a GED/High School diploma and four (4) years of full-time behavioral health work experience.
- Alternatively, a combination of education and experience will be considered (Master's degree / Bachelor's degree + 1 year BH experience / Associate degree + 2 years BH experience).
- Education Specifications: Behavioral health or substance use fields
- Experience Specifications: Mental health or substance use field managing high-risk, high-acuity, or crisis patients or members is required
- Experience as a behavioral or mental health professional, crisis intervention, and contact center experience preferred.
