Available Job Responsibilities: Analyze different memory architectures and highlight the tradeoffsDesign and build memory or circuit blocks at the gate or transistor level Simulate and analyze the circuit design using transistor level simulators Extract the layout and perform post-layout simulations and verificationFloorplan physical implementation and leafcell layout integration to build the physical macroIntegrate characterization flow to extract timing and power informationDevelop scripts to automate characterization flow, simulations, and verificationSpecify and verify various behavioral and physical memory modelsDocument the design specifications, behavioral description, and timing diagramsSpecify silicon test plan and correlate silicon to simulation dataHelp debug silicon issuesSkillset Required: Strong knowledge in development of memory compilers or custom digital circuits of all types; SRAMs, Register-files, Multi-ports, ROM, etc…Deep understanding of transistor level circuit behavior and device physicsGood understanding of signal integrity, EM/IR, and reliability analysisUnderstanding of memory behavioral and physical modelsUnderstanding of DFT schemes and chip level integrationFamiliarity with test setups, silicon testing and debug is a plusProficient in running simulators, writing automation scripts, and are tools savvy. Proficiency in Python programming language is considered a positive. Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsMotivated, self-driven and good at multi-taskingQualifications: Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of related experienceCompensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 To USD 175,500.00As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
