We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Loader/Unloaders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Job Summary: The Loader/Unloader is responsible for safely loading and unloading freight, organizing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a logistics team. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers safely and efficiently Inspect shipments for damage or missing items Sort, organize, and stage products within the warehouse Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment when required Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow company safety procedures and shipping guidelines Assist warehouse staff with inventory movement and general logistics support Communicate with supervisors regarding shipment status and operational issues Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs repeatedly Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices Forklift certification is a plus but not required Pay: $22.63 – $24.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Relocation assistance Vision insurance Work Location: On the road #J-18808-Ljbffr
