Network Intelligence Manager - Telecommunications

Join a leading provider of network solutions delivering high-impact infrastructure projects for some of the most respected names in the telecom industry. The business combines hardware, software, and engineering expertise to design, deploy, and optimize complex networks, earning industry recognition for innovation. This is a leadership role focused on running managed network services for large telecom and enterprise networks. You’ll lead the implementation and ongoing support of network management systems used to monitor and maintain optical infrastructure, while also helping drive automation, service improvements, and team development.

Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of managed network software services
- Oversee upgrades, patches, and system maintenance
- Improve automation and operational tooling
- Work closely with customer engineering teams
- Track service performance and operational KPIs
- Support sales teams on new managed service opportunities
- Mentor and lead a technical operations team
Skills / Must Have:
- Background in telecom network operations or managed services
- Knowledge of optical networking and NMS platforms
- Experience with tools such as Ciena or Nokia systems
- Experience managing technical teams
- Familiar with change management and maintenance windows
- Understanding of ITIL service delivery frameworks
