About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Stand-Up Forklift Operator (1st Shift) for an established warehouse partner in St. Louis, MO (63110).

In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by safely moving, staging, and organizing inventory using stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers. What You Will Do

Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to transport materials throughout the facility.
Loading & Staging: Load, unload, stage, and position inventory in designated warehouse storage racks and bay areas.
Order Replenishment: Pick, stock, and replenish products accurately using RF scanners or system pick lists.
Dock Support: Assist shipping and receiving teams with material verification, staging outbound orders, and inspecting incoming loads.
Safety & Care: Conduct daily equipment safety checks, adhere to facility guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized work zone.

What You Need

Required Experience: Proven experience safely operating stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers.
Logistics Familiarity: Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience required.
Tech Skills: Hands-on experience using basic RF scanner technology for inventory tracking.
Reliability: Responsible work ethic, strong safety awareness, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to St. Louis, MO 63110.
Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
