Cookie Dough production facility is in need of hardworking Bakery Assistants to participate on the production line. Requires the ability to be meticulous, fast, perform physical labor and follow instructions.

Job Description

What you will do?

• Handling dough
• Rolling/circling dough
• Boxing dough
• Palletizing boxes
• Loading boxes and supplies onto trucks
• Prepping ingredients
• Clean-up/dishes
• Assist in kitchen to support all baking activities when needed
• Food Handler's Certificate required
• Follow food safety guidelines and production policies at all times

Job Requirements:

• Reliable, come to work on time and EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE ARE REQUIRED.
• Must maintain and follow strict cleaning and food handling/safety guidelines. Hairnet, apron, and gloves are required at all times.
• Hard-working

• Must be trustworthy. Will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect recipes, etc.

• Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail and is meticulous
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
• Moderate verbal and written communication skills
• Is legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass background check

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent and repetitive hand movements, lifting, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
• Handle heavy dough and equipment including large mixing bowls, machinery, etc.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Work near/around cold temperatures (freezers and refrigerators)
• Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds

Language Skills:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English

Work Schedule:

• 6 - 8 hour shifts, Part-time
• Availability to work weekdays (mornings), some weekends are required
