Acting as a first line response to our customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with the focus being finding the right solution. You will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start. Utilize your skills to:Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectivelyService electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territoryPerform maintenance repair and system overhaulsManage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system accessBasic Qualifications:Local candidate to specific geographic areaAuthorized to work in the USAt least 19 years of ageHave a valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirementsPC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarityAbility to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationProlonged travel with driving several hours per dayRotating and weekend shiftsCarrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistanceBending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying sizePreferred Qualifications to qualify (not required, but nice to have):Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging softwareA+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ CertificationOne or more years of related experienceFull time employee benefits include:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceLife InsuranceVision InsuranceShort/Long Term DisabilityPaid Vacation401kEEO Statement NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
