About the job Hospitality Experience Consultant
Hopes Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company powered by a full-service travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family vacations, and luxury getaways. We partner with top global travel brands to design seamless, memorable travel experiences for clients worldwide.
- Assist clients with arranging travel experiences including hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
- Help travelers explore destination options that fit their interests, timelines, and budgets
- Share helpful planning recommendations and travel insights throughout the booking process
- Communicate with clients through email, messaging systems, virtual platforms, and phone when needed
- Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates with travel suppliers and partners
- Maintain organized and accurate client travel records within internal systems
- Stay informed about current travel promotions, destination updates, and supplier offerings
- Support travelers throughout various stages of planning leading up to final confirmation
- Interest in hospitality, travel coordination, or customer-focused roles
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple requests while working independently
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online tools
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other qualifying regions
- Previous travel industry experience is not required onboarding and training are included
- Flexible remote schedule with work-from-home convenience
