Caregiver Responsibilities (In-Home Care & Senior Support)
As a Caregiver, you will provide a mix of personal care, daily living assistance, and companionship. Typical responsibilities include:
Personal care assistance: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting support
Mobility assistance and safe transfers (following care plans)
Light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home environment
Meal preparation and hydration reminders
Medication reminders (non-medical) and routine support
Companionship, conversation, and engagement in daily activities
Support for clients with Alzheimer’s/dementia care needs (when applicable)
You’ll work primarily in clients’ homes across Spokane County, with schedules that can vary based on client needs and your availability.
Requirements
HCA or CNA preferred but not required (we’ll pay for your training)
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
