Job Description
- Craft Tailored Therapy Approaches: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized intervention plans that empower them to attain their functional aspirations
- Implement Therapeutic Practices: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily routines
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and multifaceted care
- Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education and support to patients and their families about therapy techniques that aid continual progress at home
- Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, guaranteeing patients are on their path to success
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Continuing education and additional certifications are welcomed and supported
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT certification is mandatory
