Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography
• Valid state radiologic technologist license
• Previous experience operating CT scanners in a hospital or acute care setting
• Proficiency in performing routine and emergency CT imaging procedures
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of safety protocols for both patients and team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients safely for CT exams following established protocols
• Perform diagnostic CT scans, ensuring clarity and accuracy of images for physician review
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare team members to support patient care
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly
• Complete all required documentation after each scan, ensuring compliance with department standards
