Job Description

We are seeking a Test & Validation Engineer I to support the development, design, and verification of test methods and procedures. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with hands-on experience building test rigs, designing test setups, and developing repeatable, high-quality testing protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in test engineering, test development, product validation, or a related area.
• Experience developing test procedures, testing protocols, or test systems.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, calibration systems, and test configurations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience building test rigs or designing test setups is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Needham, MA.

Note: This role focuses primarily on developing and improving test methods and procedures rather than executing tests. Candidates should have a strong engineering foundation and experience creating reliable, repeatable testing solutions.
