Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in PCU/Stepdown for a night shift position. This role requires you to have cardiac drip experience, including the ability to titrate and manage drips as it's a hardstop requirement. The position may require floating between units if overstaffed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients in the PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Administer and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic for charting.
• Provide patient education and support.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in PCU/Stepdown nursing.
• Charge experience is preferred.
• Must have experience with cardiac telemetry.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license (Compact license must be in hand at submission).
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• NIHSS certification is a plus.
