Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | Weekends Off
Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Joliet, IL. This role is responsible for operating a reach truck to move inventory, replenish stock, and pick customer orders while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity. Candidates with experience as a Reach Truck Operator, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, Order Picker, Warehouse Associate, or Shipping & Receiving Associate are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a reach truck throughout the warehouse
- Put away incoming inventory into designated storage locations
- Pick, stage, and replenish inventory accurately
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous reach truck experience required
- Warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
