Vascular Neurology position at UPMC in Altoona, PA

The Department of Neurology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and UPMC Altoona are seeking a faculty candidate in the Division of Vascular Neurology who will serve as a vascular neurologist on the UPMC Altoona campus under the leadership of Dr. Page B. Pennell, Chair of Neurology and Dr. Cynthia Kenmuir, Altoona Chief of Neurology and Director of Stroke. The faculty will also work closely in partnership with our Neuro Interventional team. Must have completed at least one year of vascular neurology fellowship. Must have an MD or equivalent and board certified/eligible in Neurology and Vascular Neurology with the ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license. Key Highlights Become part of the vascular neurology division at UPMC Altoona campus, within the Department of Neurology, with 4 vascular neurology physicians that include 2 neurointerventionalists, 5 APPs and a dedicated clinic staff. Collaborate with a dedicated team of local and regional neurologists, neurointerventionalists, neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons, Advanced Practice Providers, dedicated stroke nurses and social workers.
