Job Description Job Description Build Tennessee's Workforce with Premier Trade Services Premier Trade Services is seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator/ Admin Assistant to join our growing Tennessee team. This role is responsible for recruiting skilled trades professionals for commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and construction projects throughout the state of Tennessee. What You'll Do Help our recruiting team source qualified candidates for skilled trades and construction positions throughout Tennessee Answer incoming phone calls, screen and route inquiries, take detailed messages Greet and assist walk-in candidates; conduct brief initial screenings when appropriate Provide candidates with basic information about open positions, hours, and next steps Maintain a welcoming, professional front-office presence Post and update job ads on ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other job boards Perform initial resume/application review against basic qualifications Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and the recruiter Conduct outreach/follow-up calls to applicants (status updates, scheduling, reminders) Assist with sourcing candidates for high-volume or entry-level roles Send new hire paperwork (applications, tax forms, I-9, handbook acknowledgments, etc.) Track completion status and follow up on outstanding documents Review submitted paperwork for completeness and accuracy Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled trades professionals Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities Partner with branch leadership to meet recruiting and staffing goals Maintain accurate candidate records within our recruiting system Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience Positions You'll Recruit Electricians Plumbers HVAC Technicians Pipefitters Welders Sheet Metal Mechanics Industrial Maintenance Professionals Skilled Construction Trades What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency Comfortable making outbound calls and building candidate relationships Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Qualifications Recruiting experience Staffing industry experience Sales or customer service experience Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades knowledge ATS/CRM experience Why Join Premier Trade Services?
