What You'll Do Lead shifts with confidence and ensure operational standards are consistently met Provide coaching, support, and direction to team members Deliver warm, friendly, and respectful service to every guest Foster a strong team culture Requirements 1+ years of previous experience leading a team in a quick-service restaurant or fast-food environment Knowledge of food safety Basic computer skills Ability to multi-task Strong leadership & communication skills!
