Description We are looking for a motivated buyer's agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home. • Meet with motivated, pre-qualified buyers
• Guide clients through the entire home-buying process
• Provide expert support from consultation to closing
• Follow up consistently using CRM systems and proven workflows
• Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives referrals
• Host team open houses (leads provided)
• Stay organized with your calendar, pipeline, and tasks
• Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions Qualifications • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time availability and commitment to sales success
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
