Parkway Lawn Service Inc is looking for a motivated and experienced Lawn Mowing Crew Lead to join our team in Minneapolis, MN! This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a crew to deliver top-quality lawn care results for our valued customers. If you love working outdoors and take pride in a perfectly manicured lawn, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a lawn mowing crew on daily residential and/or commercial job sites
- Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely and efficiently
- Ensure quality control standards are met on every property before leaving the job site
- Manage crew workflow, assign tasks, and keep the team on schedule throughout the day
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup services to a high standard
- Communicate professionally with customers and address any on-site concerns
- Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to management
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance required
- Previous crew lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency operating commercial mowing and lawn care equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to tow trailers a required
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively across multiple job sites
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
