Position Summary

A growing, patient-centered women’s health practice in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join its dedicated care team. The practice integrates ambulatory women’s health services, surgical gynecology, and inpatient obstetrics, supported by certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, and efficient administrative staff. Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $260,000 – $400,000 (based on experience)

• Bonus Plan: Incentive-based compensation tied to productivity and collections

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
\n
• Perform gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries and C-sections
\n
• Deliver outpatient women’s health services: wellness visits, contraceptive counseling, infertility evaluation, etc.
\n
• Address both routine and complex gynecologic conditions
\n
• Rotate call responsibilities with fellow OB/GYN physicians
\n
• Collaborate with care teams across clinical and hospital settings
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation using the EHR system
\n
• Contribute to ongoing clinical quality improvement efforts
\n

Candidate Profile

\n

\n
• MD or DO from a U.S.-accredited medical school
\n
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
\n
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
\n
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Arizona
\n
• Commitment to team-based care and patient-centered values
\n
• Proficiency or interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery is a plus
