Brand Representative – Riverside | Immediate Start Looking for a role where your work directly drives results and builds real customer relationships? At Ascend Marketing, we deliver experiential marketing campaigns, brand activation, and face-to-face customer acquisition strategies that connect brands with people in meaningful ways. We’re expanding and hiring a Brand Representative to support live campaigns in Riverside. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Brand Representative Key Responsibilities Deliver face-to-face sales and customer acquisition through events, pop-ups, and retail campaigns Represent client brands through brand promotion, product demonstrations, and live marketing activations Engage customers using consultative selling, needs assessment, and relationship-building techniques Drive sales conversions, lead generation, and customer engagement metrics Build brand awareness and customer loyalty through positive interactions Track KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics Provide excellent customer service and client representation at all times Skills & Experience We’re looking for candidates with transferable or direct experience in: Sales, retail sales, direct sales, field sales, or customer acquisition Communication skills, interpersonal skills, and relationship management Brand promotion, brand ambassador work, event marketing, and experiential marketing Lead generation, upselling, cross-selling, negotiation, and closing sales Teamwork, collaboration, and working in fast-paced environments Also relevant backgrounds: retail assistant, hospitality, bar staff, call center, graduate roles, or entry-level sales/marketing positions.
