Job Skills / Requirements Part-Time Commercial Cleaner – Multiple Shift Options Location: Charleston, IL Pay: $15.00–$16 per hour, depending on assignment Join the ESS Clean Team in Charleston! ESS Clean is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Part-Time Commercial Cleaners in Charleston, IL. Whether you're looking for a few hours a week or a consistent part-time schedule, we have several opportunities available. These positions are ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and wants a reliable part-time job. Available Schedule Options Schedule 1 Schedule 2 Tuesday & Thursday Start time: 5:00 PM or later Warehouse setting No PPE required Schedule 3 5.75-hour shift Schedule 4 5.75-hour shift Part-Time Evening Schedule Friday: 2 hours What You’ll Do Clean and maintain assigned commercial areas Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Dust and wipe surfaces Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas Empty trash and replace liners Restock supplies as needed Follow cleaning procedures and checklists Report maintenance or safety concerns Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and reliable Detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Able to follow instructions and cleaning procedures Able to lift 50 lbs Previous cleaning experience is not required.
