Senior Recruiter

Position Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location: Blauvelt, New York Type: Direct Hire with Benefits Compensation: $50-60K, plus commission potential Work Model: Onsite 5 days per week (8am to 5pm) Who we are: System One is looking to expand its dynamic team of recruiting professionals. What you'll do: Source and recruit production and manufacturing candidates Evaluate and assess potential candidates Interview prospective candidates Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent Ensure all employees have met compliance requirements Build employee/manager relationships Generate leads and market intelligence Coordinate, document, and track new employees Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues Conduct new hire orientation and employee onboardingProvide timecard support Handle employee grievances and attendance concerns Create and deliver employee reporting materials on time What's required: Prior Recruiting experience Bachelor's degree Ability to meet established performance requirements Strong interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize work needs, and respond to tasks with a sense of urgency.
