Now Hiring: Evening RN Supervisor! We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Evening RN Supervisor to join our team. Flexible Schedule: Choose between 4pm-12am, 5pm-1am, or 6pm-2am. Location: 851 W Lumsden Rd, Brandon, FL 33511 Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor assists the Director of Nursing and plans, develops, organizes, and coordinates day-to-day functions of the nursing department. Responsibilities Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents on the assigned floor. Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations, facility policies and procedures. Reviews complaints and grievances filed by staff and reports appropriately to the Director of Nursing. Maintains adequate stock of medications, supplies, equipment, and related items for resident needs. Assists in developing written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of nursing needs for each resident. Makes nursing/aide assignments as indicated. Encourages staff participation in outside training programs and schedules sessions as appropriate. Education and Experience A nursing degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of two (2) years of direct care experience in long‑term care, restorative, or geriatric settings. Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home setting. Current CPR certification.
