Assistant Property Manager

Are you an experienced LIHTC property management professional looking for a stable opportunity with a collaborative team and room for continued growth? Our client is seeking an Assistant Property Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Assistant Property Manager

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of a LIHTC/tax credit community
• Help oversee onsite operations and support community performance goals
• Work closely with onsite staff and assist with team coordination
• Support resident relations and conflict resolution in a professional manner
• Assist with LIHTC compliance and affordable housing requirements
• Partner closely with upper management on projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
• Help ensure smooth community operations and a positive resident experience

What we’re looking for:

• Previous LIHTC/Tax Credit property management experience
• AppFolio experience is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
