Role Overview As an Entry Level Appointment Setter, you will be the crucial first point of contact for potential customers, engaging them directly in their homes to identify needs and generate qualified leads. This is a hands-on, field-based role where your ability to connect with people and build instant rapport is key. You'll be focused on initiating conversations, understanding customer interest in new windows and doors, and expertly scheduling appointments for our sales closers. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Your primary mission will be to drive top-of-funnel activity through direct, in-person engagement. This involves: Proactively approaching potential customers in their neighborhoods to introduce Relentless Windows and Doors. Engaging in compelling conversations to uncover interest in our high-quality window and door solutions. Skillfully qualifying prospects based on their needs and potential for a sale. Clearly and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services. Scheduling confirmed appointments for our experienced sales closers to follow up. Maintaining detailed records of interactions and appointments set. Consistently meeting and exceeding daily activity and appointment-setting goals. Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: To be 18 years or older. A valid driver's license. Your own reliable personal vehicle. A smartphone with cellular data. Comfort and capability in performing physically demanding work. Exceptional face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to read people and build rapport quickly and effectively. A resilient mindset and the ability to handle rejection professionally. A strong sense of self-direction and the drive to manage your daily activities independently. This role offers significant earning potential, with expected earnings ranging from $75,000 to $150,000 annually based on your performance.
