Job Description:

Step into an engaging RN role focused on chronic dialysis within a supportive post-acute care team, where compassionate patient care and collaboration drive meaningful treatment outcomes. Lead and participate in care planning, confidently operate dialysis equipment, manage patient flow, and be ready to float to nearby clinics to meet patient needs. This position offers a stable, roughly 36-hour-per-week schedule across a six-day clinic week, with the possibility of additional hours to align with patient census. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of dialysis experience, holds an active RN license with BLS certification, BSN is not required, and you'll fulfill core RN duties in a charge-capable role.

Requirements:

• Chronic Dialysis RN (must be charge capable)
• Must be willing to do care plans and all RN duties
• Must be fully available for the contract
• Must be able to place/take patients on/off machines
• Willing to function as charge nurse
