Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus incentive compensation

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

This position is approximately 60% local deliveries and 40% warehouse operations and is designed to provide hands-on experience with our customers, products, and day-to-day operations. For the right individual, this position may provide a pathway to an Outside Sales Account Manager role. While advancement is not guaranteed, employees who demonstrate initiative, professionalism, customer service skills, and a strong work ethic will have opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

- Make local deliveries using company cargo vans and flatbed trucks (no CDL required)

- Deliver products safely, accurately, and professionally to customer facilities

- Learn customer locations, contacts, and delivery procedures

- Pull, stage, and verify customer orders

- Package, label, and prepare shipments

- Load and unload products safely and accurately

- Receive incoming inventory

- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations

- Support multiple departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers

Qualifications

- Clean driving record required

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

- Dependable attendance and punctuality

- Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Ability to work independently and take initiative

- Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the company professionally

- Forklift experience is a plus; certification and training can be provided

Compensation & Benefits

- $23.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience

- Incentive compensation equal to 1% of the gross profit from orders personally delivered

- Health insurance

- Most deliveries are local, and employees return home every day
