Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Donaldsonville, LA

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid Louisiana SLP License
• Louisiana Teaching Certificate required
• School-based experience or enthusiasm for working with K-12 students
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students as specified in IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent collaborations, and interdisciplinary team activities
• Keep detailed session notes and progress reports in accordance with school and state regulations
• Develop and adapt treatment plans to meet each student's unique needs
• Foster a positive and supportive therapy environment onsite
