Position: PSH – Tax Credit Property Manager – Adelante
Location: Davis, CA 95616
Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $30.00 per hour

Job Summary:
Mutual Housing Management is seeking a Property Manager to provide leadership and support across our portfolio of affordable multifamily communities. This role ensures smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and strong resident relations.
 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee property operations, staff, vendors, and resident relations at assigned site.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, TCAC, etc.).
• Maintain fiscal oversight, occupancy, and property upkeep.
• Provide training, guidance, and leadership to on-site staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience, including PSH properties and affordable housing operations.
• Strong knowledge of CTCAC regulations, Fair Housing laws, and affordable housing compliance programs such as HUD and LIHTC.
• Experience preparing property budgets and overseeing day ‑ to ‑ day operations of affordable housing communities.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Yardi (Affordable or Voyager) and MS Office preferred.
