Schedule: Part-time

Compensation: $17.36-$20.00 (DOE)

Location: Hayward, CA

We're excited to continue growing our team at Work World. As a Retail Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the success and growth of our store.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services
• Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED required
• 12 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus
