About the role: Samsara’s Revenue Operations AI & Data Team is building the future of how we go to market — with intelligence, personalization, and speed. We’re a high-impact team of builders, scientists, and strategists focused on transforming sales operations through AI. Our mission is to help sellers reach the right customer at the right time with the right message — and to put everything they need at their fingertips, whether that’s data from Salesforce, context from a past call, or content that wins deals. As a Sr. AI Engineer II, you’ll lead development of production-grade generative AI applications that power Samsara’s GTM engine. You’ll work at the cutting edge of applied AI: generating high-quality outreach at scale, building copilots for sellers, and enabling voice and chat interfaces that help teams engage with customers more naturally and effectively. You’ll partner closely with revenue operations, sales leadership, product, and engineering teams — and you’ll be empowered to move fast, test ideas, and scale impact across the company. Minimum requirements for the role: - 5+ years of industry experience, with a focus on software engineering, applied machine learning, or AI product development. - Demonstrated success building and deploying production-ready AI/ML applications, particularly in generative AI (e. g. , LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG systems). - Expert in Python and GenAI frameworks (e.
