The Senior Paralegal - Real Estate will play a vital role by assisting with real estate transactions, document preparation, and case management. Description

• Prepare and review real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
• Coordinate due diligence processes, including title and survey reviews.
• Assist in drafting and filing legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and third parties to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Support attorneys in managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Conduct legal research and provide summaries to assist with case preparation.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders on various real estate matters.

Profile

A successful Senior Paralegal - Real Estate should have:

• 6+ years of Paralegal experience in Real Estate law.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including leases and purchase agreements.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with title and survey reviews, as well as due diligence processes.
• Excellent organizational and case management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and techniques.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary range: $105,000 to $140,000 per year.
